Coffee filters and other accessories are subject to VAT at 20% (standard-rated). Products containing zero- and standard-rated items will be subject to a composite rate of VAT.
  • Returns Policy: You may return unopened product to us for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the goods. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the cost of the goods will be credited to the card or PayPal account respectively.
  • Quality Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from us, please return the unused portion of the item to us. We will replace the goods or refund the full cost of the goods and refund the delivery charge.
